Shipping and returns

Where we ship: Worldwide, tracked. Europe 3 to 5 working days, North America 4 to 7, rest of world 5 to 8. Free over 75 euro, otherwise a flat 6.90.
The Halloween cut off: Order by 24 October for delivery before the 31st in Europe, and by 21 October elsewhere. The knit and the striped shirt carry an earlier date, shown on each product page. If you order after the cut off we tell you at checkout rather than after it.
Getting hold of us: Email [email protected]. One address for orders, returns, sizing and anything else, answered within a working day. There is no phone line.
Duties and taxes: Orders inside the EU ship duty paid. Orders outside the EU may attract import duties on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns: 30 days from delivery on unworn items in original packaging. EU customers keep their statutory 14 day right of withdrawal on top of this.

Garments: Tops and dresses run true to size. Size up if you are between sizes or want a looser drape. The denim jacket is cut boxy in the vintage way, so order your normal size rather than going down.
Measurements: XS 81 to 86cm bust, 61 to 66 waist. S 86 to 91, 66 to 71. M 91 to 97, 71 to 76. L 97 to 104, 76 to 84. XL 104 to 112, 84 to 91. 2XL 112 to 122, 91 to 99. 3XL 122 to 132, 99 to 109.
The halter: Cut close and fitted through the bust with adjustable neck ties, so it accommodates a wider range than the size label suggests. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one.
The knit: Cut oversized on purpose, with a dropped shoulder. Size down if you want it to sit normally, stay true if you want the one from the film.

The Willow: It is made to break, and broken resin has edges. Snap it away from your face, over a surface, and keep the halves away from small children and animals. Not a toy for under 14s.
Flammability: Our garments meet general apparel flammability standards, but no costume is fireproof. Stay well clear of candles, lit pumpkins and fire pits.

This is a demonstration: This storefront was built as a portfolio piece. Checkout runs on a Stripe sandbox, which is a test account: cards are never really charged, no order is fulfilled, and no money changes hands. Nothing here is a real offer of sale.
Independence: This is an unofficial fan store. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed from Focus Features, the film's producers, or any other rights holder. Film titles, character names and quotations are used to identify and describe the work they come from.
If this went live: Selling merchandise that uses a film's title, character names or dialogue needs a licence from the rights holder. A real version of this shop would either sign one, or sell only generic costume separates with no film references on the products or packaging.
Privacy: We collect only what an order needs, which is a name, an address and an email, and we do not sell it on. Your bag lives in your own browser's local storage. Payment details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach this shop, so we never see a card number.
